Preventive Service: Electric Forklift

• Test drive
• Check fluid levels (brake fluid, hydraulic fluid, gear oil)
• Check battery
• Check contacts and electrical system
• Check motor brushes, drive motor, hoist motor, power steering motor
• Grease machine

Preventive Service: Propane & Diesel

• Change engine oil (5 litres) and filter (1)
• Check air filter
• Check headlights and horn
• Check ignition system (spark plugs cap and rotor)
• Check other fluid levels - transmission, brake, hydraulic, differential
• Check steering system
• Check lift chains
• Grease machine
